Summary: We had a great time at our Pasteis de Nata Baking Class with Chef Miguel! There was only 6 of us in total, which made sure we all got good time and attention with the chef. Miguel was so kind and eager to share all his little tips. Each group of 2 got to bake 10 pasteis de nata each and he offered some great local wine for us to enjoy them with when we were done. We not only got the recipe, but were able to buy the little containers to try and bake them at home. Overall, the 2 hour experience was a great way to spend our morning.
